SAFETY PROGRAM

R. L. Reppert, Inc. is committed to maintaining a strong, effective safety program that protects its staff, equipment, material, the public, and the environment from accidental or deliberate loss caused by injuries or accidents.

To achieve this goal, the management provides and maintains a safe work environment by identifying hazards, implementing adequate control methods, and inspecting equipment and processes to ensure that a high performance level in safety is achieved.

Project managers, estimators, supervisors, and employees work diligently, complying with applicable government regulations and cooperating with our clients and end users to identify and reduce risks on and off the job.

All of our management and employees are currently trained in CPR, First Aid, OSHA Training Certified, Forklift, Laser, and Multi-Employer hazards. These skill sets are continuously updated on a weekly basis. R. L. Reppert and its personnel have received numerous safety awards in the past two decades.

Our goal at R. L. Reppert is to maintain an injury-free and accident-free workplace for all employees. The entire company works together in all parts of this program to achieve this goal, and all employees are applauded for excellent past performance in safety. We are confident that the cooperation of the entire company ensures that our standard of positive safety awareness continues to be a way of life both on and off the worksite.
